As a seasoned real estate investor, builder, and developer, he brings over 21 years of specialized industry experience to the organization. Throughout his distinguished career, Winston has successfully completed more than 300 renovations across the Atlanta metropolitan area. He is also the principal owner of Colony Construction LLC, a firm that serves as a cornerstone for his extensive development projects.
A proud graduate of Oakwood University, Winston is deeply committed to the mission of eradicating financial illiteracy. He channels this passion into empowering and educating individuals through the institutional frameworks developed at The Dominion Group. His expertise and unique perspective on professional resilience led him to be a featured contributor in the bestselling book Mission Unstoppable, where he shared insights alongside renowned thought leaders George Fraser and Les Brown. Dr. M. Thilo Williams
Dr. Mark Thilo Williams serves as the Chief Investment Officer for The Dominion Group. His sophisticated investment strategies are directly informed by his doctoral research on forecasting market volatility, for which he earned his Doctor of Business Administration with distinction. With over twenty-five years of experience in capital markets, Dr. Williams possesses extensive expertise spanning proprietary equity and foreign exchange trading, structured finance, and cross-border commodity strategies.
His institutional career began at Prudential Asset Management Group, followed by specialized roles as an assistant foreign exchange trader at Rabo Bank and an equity trader at Schonfeld Securities. Dr. Williams later transitioned into public-sector finance, where he successfully structured more than $1.5 billion in debt at Jackson Securities and PNC Bank. This deep technical background is uniquely complemented by his international service in Mali with the U.S. Peace Corps, where he advised the financial entity Nysegiso on cooperative lending and financial literacy. In addition to his leadership at The Dominion Group, he is the principal owner of Acro Capital, where he designs volatility-driven models and leads alternative investment initiatives across global markets.
N. Bernard Thomas: Sales/Office Manager
N. Bernard Thomas serves as the Sales and Office Manager for The Dominion Group. He began his professional career as a Business Development Representative for the Association for Media-Based Continuing Education for Engineers based at the Georgia Institute of Technology. During his tenure with the association, he collaborated with prestigious academic institutions including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Southern California, and the University of North Carolina. His experience in the educational and private sectors involved direct coordination with global corporations such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Honeywell.
Following a successful transition into the finance and real estate sectors, Mr. Thomas dedicated 18 years to the field of mortgage lending. This extensive background in financial services provided a robust foundation for his eventual partnership with Mr. Green in 2020. Since that time, he has worked diligently as a core contributor to the strategic development and operational growth of The Dominion Group. His unique blend of business development expertise and deep knowledge of lending structures remains a vital asset to the firm's institutional success.
